Baked Nectarines

  • 3 ripe nectarines or peaches
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

Oven at 175°C

  1. Cut the nectarines in half and remove the pits

  2. Place the nectatines in a baking dish

  3. Drizzle with coconut oil

  4. Sprinkle with coconut sugar

  5. Pour 1 cup water in to baking dish so that there is ½ inch of water in the pan

  6. Bake for 30 minutes
