Press 1 block of tofu for 20m or more.
Chop ½ onion and ½ green bell pepper.
Heat a little oil in a large wok or frying pan and sauté the chopped onion and pepper for a few minutes until softened.
Add the block of tofu and use a wooden fork to break it up to the consistency you like. Cook for 3-5m, stirring frequently.

With the heat on medium, cook 5-7m more, stirring frequently and adding a bit more oil if needed.
