Chocolate Orange Bites

Makes 20:

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup sugar-free peanut / almond butter (about 320g)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp dessicated coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 orange
  • Handful of dark chocolate chips
  1. In a large bowl, mix well with a spoon:

    • 2 cups oats
    • 1 cup sugar-free peanut / almond butter (about 320g)
    • 3 tbsp maple syrup
    • 4 tbsp dessicated coconut
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • zest of 1 orange
    • Juice from 1 orange (approx 4 tbsp)
    • Handful of dark chocolate chips
  2. Roll the mixture into 20 balls and refrigerate for 30m.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
