Dark Chocolate Fudge

  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Handful dessicated coconut
  • Line a small tupperware dish with baking paper and set aside.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together until very smooth:

    • ½ cup melted coconut oil
    • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
    • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Pinch of salt
  • Pour mixture into the prepared dish. Refrigerate until solid, about an hour, then sprinkle the shredded coconut on top, and cut into small pieces.
