Blend and add to a large mixing bowl:
- 1 tin chickpeas
- ½ red onion
- Handful pecans/walnuts
- 1 small bunch coriander
Grate and add 1 small courgette
Add, then thoroughly combine:
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Form into 8 patties.
Fry in a pan with some oil for 3-5 minutes a side.
